Add us to your address book

To make sure you receive your ezine every time, add our address to your address book

Spam or junk email filters are often used to ensure that recipients such as yourself are not bombarded with emails you've not requested. This is great but unfortunately sometimes they can also block legitimate emails that you've actually requested such as our own newsletter or emails.

However, this can be easily prevented by adding our sending address and to your address book. 

Please add our domain name (youthdefence.ie or "from" address (for example: ) to your Safe Senders list. So please add us to your safe senders list:

Outlook 2003/2007

• Go to "Actions" on your e-mail menu bar. Select "Junk E-mail" from your pulldown menu. Select "Add Sender to Safe Senders List."
• Right-click in the message and select "Add the Sender to Safe Senders List".
• Go to Tools on the menu bar. Select "Options" in the pull-down menu. Under "Preferences", select "Junk E-mail". Then click on the "Safe Sender" tab. Click the "Add" button. Type the email address of the sender in the text box.
• Are you Missing an email? Check if our email is in your "Junk Email Folder". If it is, right click on the email, select "Junk Email" and click "Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List."

Outlook Express

• Go to "Actions" on your e-mail menu bar. Select "Junk E-mail" from your pulldown menu. Select "Add Sender to Safe Senders List."
• Right-click in the message and select "Add the Senderto Safe Senders List".
• Go to Tools on the menu bar. Select "Options" in the pull-down menu. Under "Preferences", select "Junk E-mail". Then click on the "Safe Sender" tab. Click the "Add" button. Type the email address of the sender in the text box.
• Are you Missing an email? Check if our email is in your "Junk Email Folder". If it is, right click on the email, select "Junk Email" and click "Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List."

AOL

• Open the e-mail. Click the "Add Address" icon on the right.
• The e-mail address is pre-populated in the "Contact Details" pop-up Verify that the pre-populated information is correct Click "Save"
• Are you missing an email? Check if our email is in your "AOL Spam Folder". If it is, please open the email and then click the "This Is Not Spam" button. Next, please add "info@youthdefence.ie", to your address book as described above.

Hotmail

• Go to the "Options" page. On the left side of the page, click "Mail," and then click "Junk E-Mail Protection."
• Click "Add Senders to Safe List." Type out the email address of the sender and then click "Add."
• Are missing an email? Check if our email is in your "Junk Email Folder". If it is, open the email and click the "Not Junk" button. Next, check to see if our email address is in your "Blocked Senders" list. If you see a messag from youthdefence on this list, select it and click the "Remove" button.

Yahoo! Mail

• Use the "Not Spam" button to report messages you want in your Inbox that were delivered to your Bulk folder.
• Are you missing an email? Check if our email is in your Yahoo! "Bulk Folder". If it is, please open the email and click the "Not Spam" button. Next, check to see if the address the email was sent from is in your "Blocked Addresses" list. If you see "info@youthdefence.ie" on this list, select it and click the "Remove Block" button.

Gmail

• Open the e-mail Click "More Options" in the e-mail header.
• Click "Add Sender to Contact List"
• Are you missing an email? Check if our email and/or newsletter is in the "Spam" folder:
  Click "Spam" along the left side of any Gmail page. If you see any youthdefence email listed among the messages in this folder, check the box next to our email. Click the "Not Spam" button along the top.

Apple Mail

• Add the email address to your address book. In Automatic mode, junk emails will arrive in the Junk box.
• To add an email that arrived in the JUNK folder, highlight the email message. Choose Message > Mark > As Not Junk Mail
