The Life Institute has said that Fine Gael will pay a heavy price for the insistence of Enda Kenny in legislating for abortion against all the medical evidence.
"The party is in turmoil and will be in total disarray as growing numbers of Fine Gael TDs vote against this cruel and horrific Bill," said spokeswoman, Niamh Uí Bhriain.
"Enda Kenny's insistence on being led by Labour will seriously damage the party as huge numbers of voters seek alternatives to the party that broke their pro-life promise," she said.

She also extended congratulations to the 24 TDs who had put principle before politics or power, saying that history would remember their decision to "protect both mother and baby and to listen to the medical evidence."
"In the same way, she said, history would remember Enda Kenny as the abortion Taoiseach, who had ignored the evidence, and tried to bully men and women who wished to follow their conscience."
It's been reported that momentum is building in the Dáil to put the legislation to the people," the pro-life spokeswoman added. "Why won't Enda let this happen? What is he afraid of? If he is so sure of the legislation, then let the people vote".

It is clear we need a fresh new political party that respect the unborn babies equal right to life as their mothers.
The problem seems that their lack of truth and the liar bully Enda Kenny on every electorate matter he broke every promise,We must see the necessary for all life parliamentary party committee with the Youth Defense on committee leading experience proven excellence pro life origination where as in NI Assemble it has already has this committee long go with Precious life input and Spuc fully involved on committee.
I am shocked at the political system in Republic Ireland lack of moral values and the State now has no credibly or reputation left passing a dangerous death row abortion bill. The failure of Doctors and nurses to protest at legalised murder when is hypocritical to their professional oath to preserve life, not a kill license where the trust is now gone between patient and doctor.
The abortion bill is an human rights issue, and moral issues
Our State is an economy disaster and corrupted.
IT IS A BATTLE BETWEEN EVIL AND GOOD.

A Marxist Feminist Humanist Anti-Abortion Argument:
Ireland please don't go down the same disastrous path on abortion as the rest of the world. This path has led to a massive spike in breast cancer and depression in women. Most women regret their abortions later. Abortion suits men more than women. Abortions helped create the credit culture crisis as families could only afford overpriced real estate because of fail-safe birth control.
In Marxist terms, abortion alienates women from the products of their (childbirth) labour, making disposable consumer commodities of human beings, simply because they are defined as of a lower class of humanity. Abortion acts as a distraction from the far more expensive option of offering support to women with unchosen pregnancies. Abortion increases the gap between rich and poor because bourgeouis women are more likely to use this barbaric method of birth control to maintain their class position. Finally, in a secular democrative socialist society, a person's 'wantedness' or residency should be irrelevant to their right to not be murdered.
The idea that you will reach inside a woman's body in a search and destroy mission is repugnant and the only way our consents are manufactured (Chomsky) for this atrocious act is through hegemonic cultural forces. The mass media united quite suddenly in the early 70s here in Australia to stereotype and marginalise all opposition to abortion 'rights' as right-wing, old, out of touch, male and religious in their reasoning.
This worked more effectively than direct censorship to silence anybody who secretly agreed that abortion was wrong. Anti-abortion advocates were driven out of left wing parties, ironically for being too 'conservative' when the anti-abortion agenda is much more radical when done humanely with proper support as Ireland does. So keep you radical socialistic anti-abortion country please and I will continue to celebrate with pride my Irish ancestry.

Discussed with the pro abortion wicket Government, leader Enda Kenny who had no mandate for abortion. The suicide clause in bill is not evidence based
Noted are the silence of Doctors and nurses, no protest.
selling their soul and not human beings, or man enough refuse to be abortionist and not obey the sinful evil State. the 1861 ACT that is to be removed with the implementing of bill is the offenses against the person, the only Act of protection of life in Ireland This is legitimated murder by the State, the worse abortion bill and breaches human rights and not constitutional. We demand justice and REFERENDUM. A new political party is required, this lot are pro-abortion Irish politicians who facilitate the international abortion multi million industry money is their GOD. Enda Kenny has legitimated Satan
there will be no blessings for Ireland or recovery of our economy with such wickedness and deceptive leader

If the legislation is put to the people will the wording be very confusing?
Patrick Lauser on Jul 12, 2013 1:29pm
I have read all thirty three pages of the bill, and, though it is long, it is very clear.
This is a link to it:
http://www.merrionstreet.ie/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Protection-of-Life-During-Pregnancy-Bill-PLP-30.04.13-10.30.pdf
In the entire bill there is no restriction on the method of abortion, or how early in the child's life the abortion must be.
There is no restriction on when the abortion can be done, since a mother only needs to say she is suicidal, and the abortion is allowed by the bill.
The only restrictions are on who can do it, where, and how. In other words, the human sacrifice must be performed by the anointed priests in the sacred temples.
