PR: YD Condemns Hypocrite Politicians

Youth Defence condemns the hypocrisy of those TD's who cry crocodile tears about stillborn babies while at the same time, Minister Howlin says that he is putting the finishing touches to legislation which will provide for the murder of Irish babies.
Youth Defence, of course, supports the Stillbirth Registrar and we take issue with Liz McManus who, during the debate on the bill, actually tried to blame Right-to-life groups for poverty in Ireland. (McManus said that the % of still births was highest amongst the poor and that right-to-life groups should do something about it.)
Youth Defence rejects the hypocrisy of Liz McManus, who with her husband, has a combined income of at least £90,000 per annum and is therefore a major contributor to inequality and poverty in Ireland.
It is the job of well paid TD's in Dail Eireann (not voluntary groups) to tackle unemployment which is the chief cause of poverty here.
