Youth Defence, Ireland's leading pro-life organisation, will begin their 11th National Information Roadshow on Monday 1st of July. Volunteers from every part of the country will bring you the pro-life message to 14 towns/cities on a 10-day nationwide campaign.
This year's Roadshow will be spectacular as videos and slideshows on the development of the baby in the womb will be shown ot the public on the streets along with our regular factual stands. All of this will take place underneath a specially constructed marquee, which is designwed so that the family-friendly presentation can be shown effectively. The marquee will also house Youth Defence's pro-life literature including leaflets, CDs, brochures, and booklets, which will discuss all aspects of the abortion issue. An electronic listening post, which will allow people to hear an unborn baby's heart beating, will also be available. We feel this emphasis on foetal development and life in the womb is necessary to further educate the public as to the reality of abortion and the new threat of embryo research.
As always, the aim of this year's Roadshow is to distribute as much pro-life literature as possible and to encourage and promote the pro-life/pro-family ethos. We hope to help build a culture of Life, which will protect all of our unborn children.
The following is a list of some of the towns we will be visiting. For further information you can contact Eoghan de Faoite on 087 7841447 for the duration of the Roadshow
