RALLIES FOR LIFE
YD's first Rally for Life was in April 1992, followed by another one in June and then October of the same year. They attracted huge numbers and were instrumental in stopping the government's plans to legislate on the X case.
Since then, we have held numerous rallies and now collaborate with other pro-life groups, primarily Precious Life in the North of Ireland, on the All-Ireland Rally for Life. It is held in Dublin and then Belfast every second year. Belfast hosted it in 2008 and 2010. Dublin hosted it in 2007, 2009 and 2011. Belfast hosts it in 2012. We hope you can make it!

Summer 2012, the most important date on the pro-life calendar is 7th July. That’s when we hope you join with thousands of others to speak up for the right to life. Meet us at Custom House Square, Belfast @ 2pm on Saturday, 7th July 2011.
Ireland - north and south - is one of the last remaining places in Europe where abortion is still illegal. But our unborn children are under threat. Powerful pro-abortion campaigners in Ireland, the UK, European Union and United Nations are attacking our pro-life laws. That’s why it’s so important we show our opposition to abortion. On 7th July 2012 lets do that!
